You can confirm you’re on the installed version of the Hello Everyday App by going to Help/About. There you’ll see the name of the circle you’re in. Your email address that you are signed in with and then the version of Hello Everyday you’re using and if it says Web Installed, you’re on the installed version and ready to go.
A Circle Manager has big responsibilities within a circle. They can edit Contacts (adding, inviting contacts, and updating updating contact) and Well-Being (access to sensor data and edit privileges for Well-Being Communications to set up times for Daily Reports/“Up and Around” Notices and designating who gets the Daily Reports/Notices by email and/or text) within the Circle. The phrase “Too many cooks” comes to mind when everyone is a Circle Manager within the Circle. We recommend designating only one or two people as the Circle Manager for your circle.
A Well-Being Partner can view contacts and well-being data and can receive Well-Being Daily Reports and “Up and Around Notices” via email or text (if SMS opt-in consent is given).
No. Well-being partners can get well-being communication emails without having to create an account with Hello Everyday. If they wish to receive well-being communications via SMS text messages, they will need to create an account with Hello Everyday to provide SMS opt-in consent.
Per US texting laws, companies need explicit consent to send you text messages and that includes us. During account creation, users will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive SMS text messages for Well-Being Communications by checking a box. Opt-in is also available in Help/About after account creation.
If SMS opt-in permission is not given, Circle Managers will see the following when setting up Well-Being Communications for the Well-Being Partner who has not given SMS opt-in consent and texts to them will not work.
You cannot delete a contact once they have been invited to the app. To remove a contact after they have been invited, please contact info@hello-everyday.com.

Check if email was sent to spam. Emails will be sent from info@hello-everyday.com. There may be a delay of several hours for some email addresses to arrive at inbox. If no email received, you can share the following link: hello-everyday.app for them to go to on their web browser. They should see "I found your invitation!" after they input their email address and then proceed with account creation. If not, please contact info@hello-everyday.com.
If you have clicked and changed any fields on the page, the back button will go away. You must choose at the bottom of page "Cancel" or "Save Changes" to get back to the Main Menu.
The "Up and Around Notice sends only when the following 2 conditions are met.
Example: "Up and Around" Notice set to 7:15 AM. The communication will send at 8:15 AM based on the following activity data. No activity at 7 AM but activity observed at 8 AM.
If your sensor shows activity by your pet or other anomalous activity that isn't you like catching the movement of your blinds for example., check your sensor placement. Is there another location to try? Or you can contact info@hello-everyday.com and we will help you tune your sensor to not pick up on unwanted signals.
Everyone has access to self-access their mood in Mood Insights but no one has to use it if they do not want to. There is an option to turn off. We find regularly assessing our mood helps us recognize and manage our emotions and can contribute to overall improved well-being. No one in your circle but you can see your Mood Insights data.
We highly encourage you to add a photo of yourself to your contact card. Research has shown that simply seeing a picture of a person can enhance connectivity, empathy and thoughtfulness. Show yourself and strengthen the bonds with your circle.
